The enquiry form prepares an email draft using your name, email address and message, and optionally your organisation, phone number and the service you are interested in. These details stay in your browser until you open the draft in your email app. For career applications, you compose an email and attach your CV in your email app. The website does not upload CVs or store form entries.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.

We receive an enquiry or application only when you send the email from your email app. Enquiries go to our projects desk so a consultant can reply to you. Career applications are kept on file so we can contact you if a role matches your experience.

We use your details only to respond to you and to carry out any work you go on to commission from us.

Emails you choose to send are handled by your email provider and our email provider, and received in our company inbox. GitHub Pages hosts the website and may record standard technical information, such as IP addresses, when you visit.

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as we have an active or prospective commercial relationship with you. CVs are retained for up to two years unless you ask us to remove them sooner.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action the request.
